Bus Survey 2022

Thank you to the White Rose Park residents who has taken their time to complete our recent bus survey.

The Smarter Travel team are working hard to process all your responses in detail, and we found some very useful insights. Your feedback is very helpful and valuable in helping us understand the usage of public transport in your local area, and we are working hard with developments and bus operators so that we could promote better public transport links for White Rose Park residents.

We have already contacted the prize winners for this bus survey via email. If you have yet to confirm with us on email, please do so. Congratulations to our winners too!

Your local bus services are 28, 29 and X29, all on the First Buses Yellow Line.

Your closest bus stop will be provided by Persimmon Homes and will be located just outside of White Rose Park, along Drayton High Road. You’ll find further stops outside Asda, with First Buses taking you in and around Norwich – running up to every 15 minutes!

Buses in Norwich can be a great alternative to driving due to the level of traffic congestion, providing you with a stress-free journey and extra time as someone else does the driving.

Purchasing Bus Tickets…

Long gone are the days of needing change for your bus fare! First Buses now accept contactless card payments or alternatively purchase your tickets in advance through the mTicket mobile app – available through Google Play or the Apple Store for free. You will also find fares are lower through the app too!
